Terms of Service

1. Who we are Askanon.me ("we") is operated by Mark Varga, [Adresa de serviciu – de completat inainte de lansare]. Contact: supports@askanon.me.

2. Who can use Askanon.me You must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you are 16 or older.

3. Your account Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what you post. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Anonymous questions Recipients do not see who sent an anonymous question. We do keep a record of the sender so we can stop abuse, comply with the law and respond to valid requests from authorities. When a recipient opens their inbox, the sender sees that the question was seen.

5. Community rules Do not post or send: bullying, harassment or threats; hate speech; sexual content, and never anything sexual involving minors; encouragement of self-harm or suicide; personal data of others (addresses, phone numbers, schools); spam, scams or illegal content.

6. Moderation and AI Questions and comments (also when edited) are checked automatically by an AI system before they are shown. Content may be filtered, hidden or removed, and accounts that break the rules may be suspended. AI features (answer suggestions, starter questions) are clearly marked; you decide what you publish.

7. Reporting and appeals You can report questions, answers and comments in the app. Reports are reviewed by a person. If we remove your content or suspend your account and you disagree, write to supports@askanon.me and we will review the decision.

8. Your content You keep the rights to your content. You allow us to host, display and share it inside Askanon.me (including share cards you choose to create) for as long as it is online.

9. Liability Askanon.me is provided "as is". We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and as required by mandatory law; otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this kind of service.

10. Changes We may update these terms. We will inform you in the app before important changes take effect.

11. Law German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
